Telehealth Services
L and D Wellness & Counseling Center provides therapy services exclusively through secure telehealth sessions. Clients located anywhere in California can access care from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect confidentiality while providing flexible access to care.

L and D Wellness & Counseling Center is an outpatient therapy practice and is not able to provide emergency or crisis response services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate distress, please contact one of the following resources for immediate support:
