Ruby Dobry, APCC
Associate Therapist

I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatric and community mental health settings, where I facilitated therapeutic groups and supported individuals navigating recovery, life transitions, and emotional challenges.
I work with adults experiencing grief, anxiety, stress, and major life changes. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding of how past experiences, belief systems, and lifestyle factors shape emotional wellbeing.
I also incorporate mindfulness-based strategies and have an interest in hypnotherapy-informed approaches that can help clients shift limiting patterns and build resilience.
My perspective on mental health has also been shaped by personal loss, including the death of my husband, who was a psychiatrist. This experience deepened my commitment to providing thoughtful and compassionate care.
I provide telehealth therapy for adults seeking insight, healing, and meaningful change.
